Team members make changes to the project plans, which are treated as "pending" until the manager approves/rejects them. Each change is visible "live" to the entire team. Updates to the project plan are automatically distributed without needing to refresh. Allowing your team to make suggestions to your plan not only improves the quality of the plan, but it also holds your team accountable for changes it makes.
